Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original luxury packaging, including the moissanite authenticity certificate and any promotional materials provided.

  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
